Yoga
Michelle is a experienced yoga instructor, qualified since 2006 RYT YOGA ALLIANCE. Her classes offer a holistic approach to wellness by combining the ancient practices of yoga and the benefit of her knowledge of acupuncture/acupressure. She is currently offering a range of classes in:

Baby Massage
Michelle is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (C.I.M.I.) since 2007 and member of (B.M.I )Baby Massage Ireland . She has enriched the lives of over 1,000 families through her baby massage courses. This 5 week course will introduce the concepts of baby massage, healing touch, bonding, dealing with wind/colic as well as elements of acupuncture/acupressure points which can help calm and sooth baby well beyond the early months. The course will provide a booklet, oils and very importantly an opportunity to meet and share during this unique time with other parents/. Tea/Coffee provided
